We’ve partnered up with Royal Caribbean to support digital-first approach to transforming their business and customer cruising experience. The goal was to apply design-thinking and UX to re-invent the way people travel the seas, while driving profitable growth for the business. We worked to re-imagine an entire customer journey and redesign shore-to-ship digital experience.
