Background

Royal Caribbean - Kids Clubs

Working closely with Royal Caribbean brands to digitize the Kids Club experience. We introduced a new kiosk system for kid check-in and simplified management procedures for Kids Club employees. The goal was to reimagine the internal and customer-facing app and achieve measurable process improvements.

As a result, we were able to significantly improve the Kid Club check-in experience and management. Decreased registration time from 5 minutes per child to 2.5 minutes for the entire family. Registered over 15k kids within 3 months of being live on 16 ships. Eliminated paperwork. Built scalable foundation for future features.
